Troy Web Marketing Director Firmin Alexander, who also serves on the board of Sunmark Credit Union and chairs its Technology Committee, has written a two-part series for CU Times on one of the biggest technology decisions credit unions face.
His argument: the gap between credit unions’ technology plans and what they actually deliver usually isn’t in the core processing system. It’s in everything connected to it. The series makes the case for an integration layer the credit union owns, one that delivers member-facing capability now and makes an eventual core conversion less risky.
