The Caring Gene® Career Pathways Training (CPT) program was designed to address critical caregiver shortages by funding tuition for students entering Medicaid-serving roles. Following the launch of an AI-driven marketing campaign, the initiative saw rapid growth, with applicant volume jumping from 250 to over 1,000 in a short period.

Simultaneously, the program's original web host announced an exit from the hosting market, creating an urgent need for a technical partner who could stabilize the infrastructure and manage the migration quickly. The stakes were high: any downtime would disrupt a funded mandate and prevent critical healthcare workers from entering the recruitment funnel.
