Lawsuits regarding accessibility on the Web are on the rise, and one of the the best ways to comply with Section 508 of The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and The American Disabilities Act is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) put forth by the World Wide Web Consortium. Organized by Vitaly Friedman (Creative Director), Amanda Annandale (Event Manager & AV), Charis Rooda (Marketing & Social Media), Markus Seyfferth (CEO), Jan Constantin (Event Manager) & the good ol' Smashing family, the conference not only delivered some great food, but it also brought together developers and designers from around the world.
