POSITION TITLE: 
Software Developer
 

POSITION DUTIES: 
Troy Web Consulting seeks a Software Developer for its Cohoes, NY office. Specific duties will include:
 

• Design, model, and implement databases in SQL;

• Configure and administer servers; 

• Perform requirements gathering, modeling and documentation activities; 

• Design and develop websites and applications using JavaScript & RESTful services; and

• Maintain design and code documentation and Support existing software in the organization. 

   

REQUIREMENTS: 
Bachelors in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field. One month of industrial or academic experience as a system or network administrator, which includes one month of experience in: software configuration and end-user support and research computing.

RATE OF PAY:

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00/yr.
